Godaddy’s support is useless.

We recently received the error message “The recipient’s contact information can’t be used to register the selected domains.” whilst trying to transfer a domain name. The strange thing is this domain name was being transferred along with about another 10 domain names – all the other 9 went through properly but this one came back with the error message.

When making the “account transfer” – just choose “Do Not Change” then it will go through.

 

 

 

Just bear in mind that you will not be able to transfer again in the next 60 days.
