dcmstudios commenced practice in Hong Kong in 1976. The design practice remains one of the most successful architectural design studios in the region, with offices in Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai and the United Kingdom. Our design studio in Hong Kong functions as the Asian head office of the group and maintains a position of considerable strength with a critical resource base of highly professional and experienced architects, interior designers and urban designers with a fully qualified technical team in support. Key members of the firm retain significant experience in the design of major developments on an international basis.

dcmstudios is design-directed by James Gibson who has over 30 years experience in the region and internationally. In addition to the significant resources of the practice, James is supported by directors Liam Ferguson, Kwan Kin-lam, Mai Quang Tri and Madeleine Ashwin all of whom have successfully implemented major projects throughout our region of operation. The Group has earned an enviable reputation for its high level of innovative conceptual design, advanced technical documentation and professional project implementation and management; and continues to achieve international recognition through successful participation in major international design competitions.
